I went here with my family while we were walking around for the day, the food and drinks were better than I was expecting. A lot of places like this can be kind of hit or miss, especially when you’re just trying to grab something quick, but everything we got was actually good. The chicken tenders tasted fresh, not like they had been sitting around forever, and the fries were hot, which makes a big difference because cold fries can ruin the whole thing. The lemonade was good too and didn’t taste watered down, which I always notice because some places make it taste like mostly ice and barely any flavor. Prices were about what you’d expect for this kind of spot, so nothing super cheap, but not shocking either. Overall, it was just nice to have decent food and something refreshing to drink while spending the whole day walking around with the family

I got annoyed fast. The website was a pain to use, and once we actually got there, the signs weren’t much better. We kept having to stop and figure out where we were supposed to go, which got old really quickly. The attraction itself was fine, but the whole process of getting around made it way more frustrating than it needed to be.

The place itself was nice, but uh, the staff couldn’t really answer some basic questions we had. It kind of made the visit a bit more frustrating than it needed to be.

I found a parking spot quickly and it was close enough that I didn’t have to do that awkward long walk through the lot, which was nice because I had my coffee in one hand and my keys somehow buried at the bottom of my bag. made the whole visit way less stressful.

I went on a busy weekend and expected it to be a hassle, but it was surprisingly easy to get around. The lines moved quickly, and the staff did a great job keeping everything calm. I kind of regret putting off visiting for so long because it ended up being a really nice experience.

We had a really nice family day after using Audubon Nature Institute to plan things out. I’m the type who likes to spot the pattern of a place before we go — hours, tickets, kid-friendly stuff, where we might need breaks, and the site made all of that easy to figure out. The kids were totally into the animals, and there was enough space to pause and reset without feeling like we were rushing from one thing to the next. it ended up being stress-free for us as parents too. We’d definitely go again...

I visited and, yes, I was totally calm and not emotionally invested at all, but the animals genuinely looked cared for. They had good enrichment and seemed to have things to keep them active and engaged, which was really nice to see...

It was an okay experience overall, but the selection could definitely be better. Reading between the lines, it feels like they cover the basics, but if you’re looking for more variety or something a little specific, you might not find it here. Not a bad place, just wish there were more options to choose from.

We had a nice visit overall. The animal exhibits looked clean, and the animals seemed well cared for, which was really good to see. It was also easy to view everything without feeling too crowded... so that made the experience more relaxed and enjoyable.

It’s okay overall, but i can’t shake the feeling that it could be cheaper. For what you get, the price seems a little questionable, like they’re charging more than they really need to.

I went with my family and overall it was okay, but I was a little disappointed. Some of the bathrooms definitely needed attention, and there were a few spots where trash was just sitting around. It wasn’t awful or anything, but with that many people coming through, I expected it to feel cleaner. I was also a bit annoyed because the communication wasn’t very clear in a few places, which made the visit feel more frustrating than it needed to be...

I took my kids here and they absolutely loved it. Every hands-on exhibit kept them interested and excited, and it was really fun watching them jump from one activity to the next.

The only reason I’d go with 4 stars is that the checkout page was a little slow to load, and I ended up double-checking my cart before paying. Not a huge deal at all, just something that could be a bit smoother. Overall, it worked well and I’d use it again!!

It’s nice being able to pop over to the zoo or aquarium without feeling like we have to make a whole day of it just to justify the cost. I went to one of their special events, and honestly... it wasn’t great. Especially for what it cost. Got there, saw the lines, figured okay maybe it’ll move fast. It didn’t. Staff seemed a little all over the place too, like they were trying but nobody had really told them the plan.

The location itself is actually nice, so that part wasn’t the issue. It just felt packed, kind of messy, and then the schedule changed and no one explained much. Maybe a regular day there is better. But for another event? Yeah, I wouldn’t be in a hurry.

We had a really nice time here. The staff were friendly in a very genuine way, and I kept noticing small things, like how clean the enclosures looked and how calm the animals seemed. Even the feeding areas looked tidy, which always makes me feel better about a place like this. The kids absolutely loved it and did not want to leave. We ended up staying longer than planned because they kept wanting to go back and see their favorite animals one more time.
